The podcast is becoming a significant extension of my creative work. The preference is to record my thoughts immediately after visiting an exhibition or performance: during this time there is a sense of the presence of the ‘moment’.
In 2018 my intention is to record and publish weekly podcasts on this WordPress platform. Most will be spontaneous, although my recordings will be edited. I am in the sixtieth year of life and there is an acute awareness that I should be producing a definitive archive of my work. Oral History and Video seem to be useful additions to this catalogue.
Jon Sharp is a contributor to the podcasts. I enjoy his free-flowing thoughts and ideas. Podcasts in which Jon has made a contribution will not be edited. We feel the listener will gain a better feeling for the essence of these recordings.
